TRIAGE POLICY:
We make every effort to see all patients in a timely manner, but patients with the most critical and life-threatening conditions must be given a priority. While this may mean that during busy times some patients whose conditions are not life-threatening may need to wait a period of time, we want you to be assured that if your pet ever comes in with such a life-threatening condition, you too will be given the same priority.
PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit based on the estimated total cost is required on all hospitalized patients. All remaining fees for services rendered are due and payable at the time of the animal's discharge or at the time services are rendered if the animal is not hospitalized. FEAH accepts cash, personal checks (if approved in advance by Telecheck), and most major credit cards.
We do not bill or accept multiple payments over time or post dated checks.
